Its the organ that grinds up the food for the chicken. Its an acquired taste for us country folks (usually served with chicken hearts which I love).

I admit I am very sadistic lately. I admit while NM was here for lunch I thought of things to do with tacks and he told me not to even think about it. I admit I asked if i could find a boy to torture. I admit I was kind of relieved when he said hell no. lol
