While I dont need to exercise to loose weight, I do however want to start keeping fit. I also know that exercise enhances your sexual stamina and increases your libido so to speak.. stimulates the blood flow ect..

There are many things in play that i would love to do but cant because im not flexible enough or in some cases my body strength defeats me, I tend to get cramps in my legs if i stay in a possition to long.. which isnt even that long at times. I also get exausted so quickly where i just cant go on.

Any tips on home exercises that I could do? What do you do at home to keep fit? Does yoga help?

Your help would be mucho apreciated

Getting exhausted easily could be a variety of things.  Dehydration is one, so drink lots of fluid whilst you exercise. Your diet is important and without know what you consume, it might play a factor.  If Orion permits, you can always message me on the other side.  Poor posture (causing cramp) and breathing can exhaust you too.   Yoga is good for posture and breathing.  It's cool to use as a relaxer, but for exercise I wouldn't recommend it.  It's more a centring thing - good if you suffer with a bad back or rolled shoulders or just want to be 'quiet'.  Starting with breathing exercises first and ending with them is a good way to warm up and wind down.

Pilates is more physical and better for exercise, unless you have back issues - then consult your doctor (if you do it at home) or go to a class and consult the trainer.

Walking or power walking is good.  If you really get into it then you can buy walking sticks to help aid your movement.

If you are set in doing it in your own home and you have a wii, then the active games are fun!

Dancing is another good form of exercise, but you really need classes for that.
edit to add - belly dancing you can do alone at home - there are websites and videos you can follow - but if you join a class you get to make friends!

Excellent guys thankyou! I didnt even think of the wii actually

My exercise does really have to be indoors at the moment if its on a regular basis, I do have a little two year old so its difficult to go out running ect and in all honesty i cant really afford baby sitters at the moment either.. things will change though but it has to be home for the mean time!( and ive just scratched my nose with my ring and it really flamin hurt) lol

Id love to start riding a bike too.

I do smoke aswel which does play a part in getting out of breathe but that im trying to stop too.

Get a trampoline even if a small one and play with your UM on it. They think it is a game and it is a wonderful work out for you.

You can always get a "jogging stroller" for your 2-yr old. Much easier to run that way. Get a cheap bike on Craigslist & buy a toddler seat and off you go!
Going to the park & running after a 2-year old is great exercise too! Some parks have  "Fitness Ctr" equipment cemented into the ground so you can do sit ups, chin lifts etc.

Yes, I perved your profile to check your location & I see the issues you're having w/the weather. Hmmmm, over here we have places for kids like "Chuck E. Cheese & Jeepers" which provides alot of activites for kids & adults. Maybe you can find something like that in your neck of the woods. That way you can run after your um AND stay warm/dry at the same time :)  Well....warm anyway.

Mine's 19 now and fights like hell when I put him in the stroller, but the pacifier helps.

All in all it makes for a pretty intense workout.

haha, yeah... its hitting winter now and its not good :(

We do have places like that, but they are more for the kids.. everythings to small to get adult bums to squeeze through, so we watch with our coffee in hand... I have tried going swimming but she just isnt ready for it, gets really scared!

Im having a look around to see if there are anymore places, maybe im just not looking far enough!
