The exact same thing I'll say now - this is bullshit. The Internet is democracy in action, for better and for worse. The government has no business stepping into this arena. It doesn't understand how the Internet works, and items of national security don't use the Internet anyway.
If there WAS a legitimate emergency, the Internet would be best used as a way to transmit information.
Eidted to add: And SFU, quit whining that you've have to put up with a President whose policies you don't like for seven whole months. We Dems had to put up with far worse for eight years.
