I love Halifax.. beautiful city :)

I learned today that quitting smoking is going to be harder than I thought, because the zyban makes me shaky and out of sorts, so I'm not taking it properly.....

I learned that GT is trying to quit smoking. Good luck with that, it is hard. The zyban screwed me up to much to be effective. The best aid I found was the inhalor but I also found you have to really want to quit. I guess I haven't hit that part yet, but someday.

I think you're right thishereboi.  I think you have to really want to quit.  Cigarette tax is outrageous in fla, so maybe GreedyTop has her motivation, maybenot, I don't know.  For what its worth though, and despite all the negative claims about Chantix.  It did the trick for me.  And not once did I feel depressed or like killing myself. lol.  Just made me feel like....'hey, I think I can do this!' (and I did)

That truth is the quickest way to freedom, and that truth to yourself and acceptance of yourself are among the hardest things to learn. But what a rollercoaster ride it makes.

I learned that everything my parents taught me about what was just, decent, proper, civil, and sustaining for humanity, self, nation, and world must have been wrong -- or maybe I learned that I'm just living in a reality that doesn't work for me. (Unusually morose right now)
