Oh blimey that must be one of the funniest profiles I have read on CM yet. I would guess it was written by some spotty teenager looking to shock and managing only to give readers a laugh. Nobody could take it seriously.
The profile in question may be a joke. However, since this site's servers appear to follow US laws and codes, and US law enforcement (in general) has absolutely no sense of humor in these matters, it would make sense for the members here to report these kinds of profiles prevent this site from being shut down because of a legal misunderstanding behind this "joke."
Such profiles do run against the TOS:
