It's like wearing your Sunday clothes to church. People only see what you allow them to see and even then, it's colored by their own perceptions. I've been told that I'm not a slave or that I'm a terrible slave, I've gotten nasty cmails from people telling me that I'm stupid, ignorant, bad etc., based on what I've written in the forums, but I've also gotten cmails thanking me for my balance, my fairness, my insight etc., from other people who have read the same posts that everyone else has read. Obviously, those who have complimented me are gifted, intelligent individuals and those who have sent those vile and nasty emails are clueless dolts. I only see what they allow me to see and how I view them is also colored by my own perceptions. A nasty, vile email is really going to color my perception even if everyone thinks that uber-posting God is the cat's meow. ::I've been wanting to use that phrase forever!::
