Drama is not a specific action or occurrence. Drama is how you react to said occurrence. For those who are into drama, anything can be drama. For those not into drama, nothing has to be drama.

benifits?  there are benifits to drama?  why the fuck wasnt i told,  shit i could have been on easy street by now.  lmao

Mydo... I'm not picking on you specifically, this just really reminds me of a firm belief I have. i'm a firm believer that most people don't do anything unless theirs a payoff for it... You might be asking yourself what possible payoff there could be for engaging in drama and i will give you some possible scenarios.  Typically, people that chose (because, yes...it's a choice) to engage in drama don't want to look at themselves, their behavior, their responsibility...They want to be able to play the victim or evade any personal responsibility, etc.
i could go on allnight, but i'll leave it here for now.

hey kali , no offence taken,  and my comment there was a way of picking on myself.
everyone of you is right to some degree, and yes ive had my fair share of the drama
so then here is another question can a person become drama free or once dubbed a drama queen or king are they always one
and if they own up to all of the past bullshit and take responsibility for it, does that change anything?

One can become drama queen/king free just by changing their viewpoints.

Stop seeking attention from everything in life. Stop making mountains out of molehills and you'll find that eventually people will see you in a different light.

Yup there will still be some who will see you the same but there's nothing you can do about that.

Yes you can change. Yes you can change how people perceive you, how you react to them and they to you. It isn't always easy but it can be done.

first and for most i was not speaking of me specificly,  it was an in general post
i was wondering what others thought of the subject
i already know how i react to things, and i have no problem admitting when i react badly or otherwise
