Came across this while trying to figure out something concerning a vehicle I was thinking of buying.  It takes awhile to get to the funny parts, but they're worth it and you learn something!  OOOH!  I'm QUBO!  Woot.

Yeah, typo on my part.  oops.  It was supposed to be DIY.  But ya know...the dyslexia strikes when and where it will...  though as far as I know "dyi" is a company that makes crochet supplies...

DIY=Do it yourself

DYI is an easy one...Do yourself in...some of those so called DIY projects are DYIs just waiting to happen.

Tis true, but realistically is there anything duct tape and super strength epoxy and WD-40 can't fix?  ^_~

Few things, but I think those coil packs are among them. Once there is one arc it leaves a carbon track in the insulating material which facilitates another arc. It is all downhill from there.

For most other things that the abovementioned materials won't fix it usually handled by those zip ties they use for handcuffs, or even a bigger version thereof. I used them to reattach the bumper to one of my cars in the old days that was, let's say, not quite in pristeen condition. By the same token, you can't forget the coat hangers. Actually metal coat hangers are becoming a thing of the past, so I hoard them.

Especially those projects that involve chemicals, explosions, or both!
