Because people read it, link to it, and talk about it and ratings go up because it seems its something people actually pay attention to and talk about and give interest to and well hell, indicate its somehow important. What you have done here is why it makes the news lol. They don't have news of things people don't show interest in -- good or bad interest doesn't matter -- its interest on some level and that creates ratings and profit. angel

A certain suspicious part of me has to wonder if somebody in Nairobi thinks they are going to try to get some leverage with President Obama. I don't think that would work very well.
