Since you mention it , I think the fact that McDonalds do not sell alcohol to flush their chemical paste away , is criminal , in that case.

KMsAngel -> RE: February 6th, 2009 (1/28/2009 3:34:59 AM)

i don't think even alcohol would do that. a colonic might.

maybe colonic clinics should seriously think about setting up shop next door to capitalise on all the business mcdonalds is building up for them?

Pirate assures me that the haggis in the UK is doubtless better than any I have had here.  I suppose I'll have to try it.

Oh I would love to try haggis and 'blood pudding'  Yes the more different something is it makes me want to try it.. Not saying I will automatically love it, buts it one of those I wanna try because  have never tried it, I have a experimenting with food that is different fetish.

I have little dislikes of foods,Im not a huge fan of things made with tomato sauce tho I love fresh tomato, and I never did like coconut or pineapple for some reason, could be a texture thing.

OMG Cajun food locally made is the best, one of the things I miss the most not living on the TX/LA border.
Baudouin sausage, green pepper sausage, jambalaya, mudbug parties, It ain't Cajun unless its hotly spiced.

JustDarkness -> RE: February 6th, 2009 (1/28/2009 5:56:27 AM)

I always download this series.."weird food"....and last time it was cajun food....lol
He ate rats from the swamps..brains with scrambled egss..possum....
Actually cajun is about using all parts of the animal..but aslong you don't know...it all seems pretty yummy..lol

Sage - one of these days I'll take you with me to an SCA event when someone is doing the Feast-o-crating that actually wants to do "authentic {insert culture here} recipes from the 14th century."   Trust me - it makes for some Interesting experiences!

It doesn't always make for necessarily "good" meals - but it Definately guarentees Interesting meals, strange recipes, and ingredients that you wouldn't have considered as possiblities.

beargonewild -> RE: February 6th, 2009 (1/28/2009 6:42:33 AM)

And for dessert, a plate of marchepane.
