Does anyone know how to get support on the other side of CollarMe to answer you? Sir can not access one of his accounts on here (our account as a couple). It keeps telling us that we have the wrong password. He has asked for it to be sent to him via e-mail but weeks have gone by and we have not received anything. Any advice would be welcome.

If you read an email, at the very bottom of the page, there is a link to support.   However, good luck in getting help and resolution.   My name/password, though correct, stopped working on this side, so after waiting for days, I simply created a new username and password, as I'm still wating for resolution from support

Good luck with that. About the only way they will contact you is through some wrong doing on the forums lol. Flash'em your gang sign.

Hi Katy, its's under HouseofSage. When you open it you will see that we JUST started setting it up back in January and haven't been able to get into it since. When we went to go back in with the password that we both swore we used....lol....it said password was invalid. We have tried every password that either of us have ever used for anything. No go. Anyway, it's not filled out much because we had only just begun. I'm thinking we may end up having to just make a new one.

Thank you!  I hope you can get it resolved and can keep the original name.

Hey erin

When you say your Sir requested password, how did he do it?  Via support or get password?  You can click the get password by clicking the button when you go to sign in, rather than go via support.  And don;t forget to check you mail filters on your email address as it might get put in the trash or spam mail filters if they are turned on.

I've got a problem logging into the forums on another account..I've used the get password and it's the correct one but I still can't login.

If you're not storing usernames and passwords remember on alot of sites these things are case sensitive. Could be all it is.

I'm aware of the different ways a site addresses logins.

erin,

Anytime that I have had issues or questions about the site, I have sent an email to ModeratorOne.  She was either able to help or get someone else to resolve the issue.  She may not answer right away, I am sure gets a lot of emails, but she was able to help.

If it's not a case of case or some error on your end, it could be on the server end. One little glitch, from which the system will recover, could change just one character in either your username or password. Nobody would know. So it is not discovered until you try to get on that account. These things happen. Most likely unintentional.

Unfortunately for you, to fix it you need an adminstrator of course, and on a free site I don't think they work 15 hours a day. It might be slow.

And I did not mean to imply any stupidity or computer illiteracy on your part, what I said was simply something that had not been mentioned before. Between all the things that are case sensitive and not, who can remember. Why don't they make up their mind ?

Like a car without power windows, who decides whether the window goes up or down if you crank it clockwise ? I am not even talking about different brands here, all GM. One goes one way and the other goes the other way. Why ? It's ridiculous, make up your mind dammit !

BTW, by default current mail retention is set to six months, so if you don't get the account back in that time there would be no reason except if you really liked the name. Otherwise just change the name a little bit and you are back where you started. Profiles can be redone, this and that. The only thing that can't be redone is the mails you intended to respond to. So if it's been a long time already, it might not be worth the trouble.

Hopefully that is not the case and you get it resolved.

Be well.
