If it's not a case of case or some error on your end, it could be on the server end. One little glitch, from which the system will recover, could change just one character in either your username or password. Nobody would know. So it is not discovered until you try to get on that account. These things happen. Most likely unintentional. Unfortunately for you, to fix it you need an adminstrator of course, and on a free site I don't think they work 15 hours a day. It might be slow. And I did not mean to imply any stupidity or computer illiteracy on your part, what I said was simply something that had not been mentioned before. Between all the things that are case sensitive and not, who can remember. Why don't they make up their mind ? Like a car without power windows, who decides whether the window goes up or down if you crank it clockwise ? I am not even talking about different brands here, all GM. One goes one way and the other goes the other way. Why ? It's ridiculous, make up your mind dammit ! BTW, by default current mail retention is set to six months, so if you don't get the account back in that time there would be no reason except if you really liked the name. Otherwise just change the name a little bit and you are back where you started. Profiles can be redone, this and that. The only thing that can't be redone is the mails you intended to respond to. So if it's been a long time already, it might not be worth the trouble. Hopefully that is not the case and you get it resolved. Be well. T
