greetings to all, Try the LaLeche league, midwives at your local hospital (tell them you are considering adopting if they give you strange looks), and almost any mother that is kind enough to answer questions for you. When I was carrying, I mentioned I was pregnant with my first baby, and I had women throwing advice at me...one suggested I use raspberry leaf tea to stimulate milk production if my supply was low. Once the supply starts, establish it by drinking a *lot* of water (the more water your sub drinks, the more milk she'll make) and pumping every two hours, around the clock, to keep up the "demand" (the body works on a demand/supply basis). The boobs will look *incredible* while she is lactating, but, be prepared for "mummy boobs" if you stop. If you decide that stopping might be the way to go after trying it, reduce the pain with hot packs, showers, paracetamol and expressing just enough to make the fullness go away (she'll literally feel as if she has boulders on her front...that surprised the heck out of me when it happened...I had no idea that my breasts would be *that* full). Anyhow, I hope this helps! If you both need anything more, feel free to shoot me a cmail! well wishes,
