I made some calls yesterday so he could pay his car payment online It took nine calls to different numbers to what is supposed to be an American bank located near LA. Finally after all of that, I had to leave a message. They never called back. Most of those calls to the loan dept. at the bank ended up being people in India who didn't have a clue and I had to give all the personal/account info over and over again, or it was all aotomated and I couldn't get a human.
