What you thought they would allow you to elect someone who might actually change the way things are done? Lmao. The media shut his ass down quick fast and in a hurry. Too many people stand to lose too much if things really change.

What?!  You mean you're not voting for Obama in '08 and Osama in '09?!

It's not the voters, but the media controlling the voters.  If Ron got more coverage, he'd have gotten more votes...  Isn't it all controlled by the Illuminati anyway?

This implies that Ron Paul answers questions in a coherent manner.

I would have voted for Ron Paul, but I also freely admit that he's insane.  Best man for the job, but one crazy dude.

Pained me to see him in the debates.  He'd ask questions to everyone else that made perfect sense, and everyone else just laughed.

Ron Paul is a man ahead of his time.

He is NOT the guy you want running the ship SS Welfare State, but he IS the guy you want designing the replacement vessel after the SS Welfare State sinks.

The best Ron Paul moment was when he knocked the Republican field on their asses in the Fox News debate

He- if he was in a serious position of power, could set forth a path to fix things.

based on the new banksters,  such has renderred all those who are incarcerated for robbbing a bank,  to now have to be released or retried.

beyond shocked is what happened when I was car jacked in the inner city.

Happily we are no longer irrationally exhuberant!!!   The three that will pay taxes, larry Joe and curry told me.

Some great comments here.  Thanks

Not so sure I could support many things that Paul advocates but, I am certain that his Constitutional and Libertarian views would probably wreck the nation after all the years of federal government. Believe it or not he is also a HUGE earmark guy which somehow I think would be contrary to the rest of his views. His non regulation views are as we see at present destructive based on recent history and that the Austrian School of economics views he holds would probably put us into a tailspin we could not survive without some rather cataclysmic results. In time the adjustment to that much change might indeed work but, personally I wouldn't want to risk that much change in such a short time. He did drive the Republicans NUTS which I enjoyed but I doubt he will ever be taken too seriously due to the drastic difference he represents.

Free Book Websites and Ron Paul's Gold, Peace, and Prosperity FYI -  I was searching on a website for some free books. I came across one of Ron Paul’s first books. I have not read this one, but I probably will.  Gold, Peace, and Prosperity by Ron Paul Here is the link to the Free Information Society. http://freeinfosociety.com/media_index.php?type=2&start=400 http://caps.fool.com/blogs/viewpost.aspx?bpid=115491&t=01007146184382914537

His stance on abortion alone makes him a threat to women's right to choose nationwide. I'm glad he doesn't have a chance in hell of getting anywhere near the presidency.

Specially now  .

kittin, you dont know ron paul.  he hates abortion, yes.  but he believes like a high school civics class.  the federal government should provide a stable border, stable currency, and national defense.  thats it.  by this, he favors decriminalization of gay marriage, drugs, abortions, everything not related to those three simple rules.  he wanted to put the onus of responsability on individual state governments.  i think its a great idea, kinda what was intended when the country was founded.  of course, he stood no chance of being elected.  if he had a chance, he would certainly have been killed.

Why, do you?

Look: the guy's a gynaecologist. I know these people: my dad's one of them. Any male that chooses that profession is a little bit doolaly. Keep them away from government. Period. Hahaha.

My feelings exactly. I just never understood how someone who spends all day poking at trussed up poonani would want to come home and do more of the same. I mean hell, do you think that I want to give someone a massage after doing so all day at work ? Well...sometimes I do. Never mind...

ron paul called for the legalization of all victimless crime on tv.  if he is pro green, ill vote for him.  but seriously, if he was getting close an 'anarchist' would shoot him.  weve seen it before

Ron Paul does not want to mange your life.  He does not want to take money from group A to give to group B.   The man is not a fake. He has a long record of voting what he says.

I am surprised he did not do better.  It just shows what a hold the TV has over people.   But when said people are forced to eat the TV set, because the dollar is of no value, then they will understand.

Buy gold.

Spot on, brother....

Easily the most understated, yet devastating weapon they hold in their arsenal.....

Hell.....just study the psy-op they have going with this thing in Mumbai.

It's a given that somewhere in the neighborhood of 47k people in America parish every single year due to motor vehicle related accidents on our roads and highways - yet its hardly ever talked about. But a hundred-and-forty or so die in some kind of--quite possibly false flag---nutty attack in India, and its hammered away constantly on the news for the last week, 24hrs a day.

Utterly frighten the average person, dumb em' down, keep em' stupid......shock them into submission!!

Backpack nukes, dirty bombs, biological attacks..... the Russians and Muslims are coming to get us - They wanna take our freedoms away!!!

The War on Terror - FOREVER!!

Thank you UT.

When I worked the phone bank for the PA primary, I then paid for cable.  I noticed the comments I got were most the time lined up with what was on TV.  It was almost predictable.

I was thinking..  the new world order, might fail to take hold.  If you see the film Harvard yard...that premise will fake out the NWO, the today's "knowledge" is not new, but simply restated, hence no new discoveries will happen.   so if the CIA is getting the "advice" of people educated at a Univeristy that essentially teaches by hear say, then that is not sustainable.   The other weakness is that the NWO is arrogant.   The thing to know is everything they plan to do is pre-told to us in the media.  You must tune in to key words.    (as well as tune out the nero linguistic programming)

Another thought this fine morning:    "wouldnt it be cheaper to buy everyone a new car?"

That's just wrong. Ron Paul has repeatedly introduced federal legislation that would have criminalized accidental miscarriage and made all abortion first degree murder and force all states to treat it as such. The supposed lover of the Constitution even included unconstitutional, and frankly repugnant, language saying that the courts wouldn't have been allowed to even review the law.

His views of environmental regulation and enforcement are similiarly awful. He favors eliminating all environmental regulation and relying on state civil torts to protect the environment.

The man is a nut at best and a crypto fascist at worst.
