It was only a matter of time before it was deemed unconstitutional. Seriously, if ever there was a piece of legislation destined to go in the trash heap of legislative history, it was that one.

I think we should justencourage the formation of "wedgie gangs."  These guys could run around giving atomic wedgies to the guys who wear their pants that far down and then there would be no need for a law.

Seriously, I know several cops who like the gang members dressing this way.  They claim it makes foot chases shorter.  It seems to be harder to run when your pants fall to yourankles.  (I remember an incident I had involving an angry husband that makes me agree with that.)

here's the short version.  Me with pants around knees trying to pull them up while I run.  Angry husband with naked wife clinging to him while he attempts to run.  Me starting to rethink my dating policies as I drive really fast through town to hide in my apartment where I have 6 curious roommates wondering wtf just happened.

Feel free to elaborate  .

psstt!  Hey Hunk boy,

Just try the old trick of telling them to put a big sausage and a couple of large potatoes down their pants to attract suitors.  Be sure to specify placing these objects in the back of their pants!

hee hee...I had a lover who during his stint in the military, became quite the expert of leaving silently through windows in the middle of the day or the middle of the night...

Irish, I hope she gave you some nice claw marks down your back and a hell of a ride to compensate for the fast exit.  At least you didn't make the footage on the evening news or the local police blotter in the small town paper.

I love those assholes who wear that crap!
When I drive by them I yell out my window, "Hey! Pull your pants up you jack-off!"
