Absolutely any kind! When I lived in Italy they had a lot of cheeses made from sheep's milk that were incredible, especially one formed with walnuts around the edges. There were hundreds of styles but all called pecarrino. It made it really difficult to go shopping for it!

Mmmmmm cheese. I love all of the Swiss varieties, Gruyere, Emmentaler. And Parmesan has to be my absolute favorite. Sharp Provolone as well. But doesn't "Pecorino" sound like a cutesy term for a really small penis?

Hi. I used to be a cheddar girl but the HeadMistress has got me into liking all kinds of cheeses like Dill Harvarti, German Butter, Jalapino Jack, and Brie with herbs inside it. Yummy!! Now I like my cheese the way I like my slaves, all soft and meltable and mouldable and tasty.

Mmmm... cheesy. I actually went and bought a large amount of cheese for my best friend when I was in Spain. Wouldn't ya know... my luggage got lost... and cheese sat in my suitcase for 4-5 days. Cheese? Yes please! I have this obscene fantasy where I'll have enough money to have a fridge and storage space dedicated to nothing but every kind of cheese I can lay my hands upon. It's easier to say which cheese I don't like! Though most of the time I'm sadly relegated to mere sharp cheddar cheese. When it lasts...

ah shadow, sometimes i worry american's don't know what real cheese is like. they seem to have cheddar, cheddar and more cheddar. and occasionally cheddar with extra cheddar shredded on top.

I know, it's like the single most popular cheese around here. Still, oh so many good cheeses with crazy names I cannot recall at the moment. Tasties like Asagio.. mmm, nummy!!! And that crazy soft cheese in the jar that my grandma used to keep on top of the fridge. I miss that one soooo much!
