I appreciate everyone's opinions and agree with those who say the neighbors did the right thing.

You don't have to make a profit to be a business, you only have to take in money for your product or services, or to cover your expenses. I would suggest before starting a club you check into your local tax laws and business license requirements. We have our own business and have had many years with no profit but we still pay taxes and keep our license current.

It's also a matter of personal taste. Many may find that couple wery attractive. The article did say : The parties catered to "big beautiful women" and "big handsome men" .

My objection is that the Seattle Times put that picture as the main front page picture and story. I think it would of been better in the "local news" section.
