I have the EXACT same problem. What my Owner and I share, I am unable to define. I talked with Him about this recently, terrified that He would take what I was saying wrong, but after ten years, I know enough to know that He's fantastic at sifting through my bullshit to find the truth. When I was with Him before (He and I were apart for several years), I absolutely fell in love with Him and that's not something I'll ever deny, and to a certain extent, that is some of what I still feel - I couldn't trust Him the way I do without that sort of deep, emotional connection. But it's not the same thing as love; love isn't the right word for it....It's not strong enough *grins*

I have finally come to the conclusion that what He and I have is simply very, very rare. It's a kind of connection that few people ever get to truely experience, and I'm simply grateful that I've had the opportunity. The nature of my relationship with Him is relevant only to ourselves, and as long as He understands it, I guess I don't need to define it to anyone (not even myself).

However, for the sake of trying to help *grins* Master simply calls it "Our Secret".

me and Master are like that...I tell him he is my drug and im an ever willing addict. Love dosent convey it, not really like you said its ...*more*. So i sat and tought about it for days and a friend of mine randomly spouted off  "GOD its like your addicted to him!"

  Desire             plain and simple word but it means so much more than that silly word love.   "I desire you so much it hurts!"   "Let our Desires rise together until we find our bliss as one!"

I do not believe there is just one word for that my sweet.  You do love him in a way other than a wife.  You are a slave to his love, his desire, his passion.  You live to please him, and it elevates you to a higher self to serve.  My Lords pleasure is my bliss. You do not need words to express it.  Your actions will show him quite clearly how you feel.  I do wish you the very best of luck in all that you do.  It is an amazing journey.

It sounds like you are describing the "surrender".  have you ever surrendered yourself or your heart to someone before ?

odds are really really good i would if a dom/master would want me...  the ones i'm meeting are too busy for someone so inexperienced

its funny you say surrender...  'submission' doesnt feel like a gift to me, it feels like a lot more like surrender;  at least as far as i know;  i've not had anyone really take me there although this last play session was the first time i ever encountered control and restrictions

its not love like want to be married and make a home but sweet mercy  i did undeniably absolutely love where he took me;  what he brought out in me.   he was the first to ever actually take control from me and it was exactly what i had craved but couldnt convey

unfortunately life things have come up for him so there wont be any more such experiences for me   :(   :(

I've always been quite verbal and have always tried to define my emotions through words.  Lately though I've been trying to simply feel my feelings without putting them in a box.  It's difficult, but it forces me to think about what I actually am feeling rather than just labeling it and having that be an end to it.  Right now for me it's a bit of several of the things that have been mentioned, love, desire, lust, respect, admiration, chemistry, adoration, definitely surrender.  It's working.
