While Nader is of Lebanese descent, there's no way he's an immigrant. If he were, with their propensity for litigation, I'm sure Gore's people would have gotten judges in every state to throw him off the ballot. No immigrant is legally qualified to be POTUS. Unless, of course, he immigrated before 1788 and even Nader's not quite that old.
