mmmmpeanutbutter! which we are currently using in the mouse traps. [&o]

Actually my yarn is from internet bargain land, or the local yarn stores. I don't get much at Joann's and the like.

I took a short nap and woke up with a GHASTLY headache. But had the most incredible dream, it was one of the Driving ones: in this one, after some driving, we got to a spot in the expressway that was DEEP flooded---and full of a pod of dolphins!! Most unusual. I told mom, but she was not impressed. Imagine!

OK.....I keep seeing the trailer for Paranormal Activity 2.....I saw the first one and was totally freaked out by it.....I watched it with the alternate ending first, which was bad enough, but when I watched it with the theatrical ending, it really creeped me out!!!!  But I'm a sick puppy, cuz I want to go see the next one.......so, who's gonna volunteer to go with me so I have someone to hide behind???????

Well, the first one was pretty "POW!" at the end.......it's not based on a true story, I think, but it's set up as sort of a documentary style.....so after awhile, you start believing what you're seeing!

Yeah, I'm gonna have to go......once I get a job.....lost mine on Monday with no warning.....haven't slept much, but have spent all my time applying on line to all sorts of jobs.   I've never been in this position before, the rat bastards couldn't even let me finish out the month, so rent and the car payment are going to be a challenge.....I'll be fine, I actually have a lead on a pretty good opportunity, but won't know anything for at least 7-10 days.  I've always managed to land on my feet......sometimes it's just tough not having someone here to talk to tho....I don't want to call my family because my mom will worry herself to death!  And she's got enough on her plate!

meh....I'll handle it......

I thought that might be the case!  WOOT and YAY for you! 

I am headed for Miami again.  Better than back-woods Louisiana I suppose.  Possibly taking a jaunt to Puerto Rico as well.

This week I managed to invite the other half's sister for turkey day.  Boy is that gonna piss off his brother and sister-in-law.  But I figure that if I am hosting and paying for the food and beverage and doing the cooking, I can invite whomever I want. 

Ah well.  I am planning to make warmed spiced wine so maybe I can just get them all liquored up.  I wonder if anyone would noticed if I add copious amounts of everclear to it.

I cant wait to see my GP tomw,my cold is killing me. Havent had such a bad one in 12 years and there i had a virus on my lungs...will remain at home over weekend,no more work...need more of me-time :o(

You do that, it means you also have to take their keys away and deal with them the next day, sober and hungover. Sure it's worth it?

Just don't sit them at the same end of the table. We used to draw short straws to see who got stuck sitting with my brother and sister in law. Brother's okay, but we call his wife Cruella De Ville. Just as well he got a job in L.A. and although he comes back monthly for business, she never does.
