Recently I fed my cats on a plastic wrapping as the food bowl was too dirty IMO and I wasn't bothered to wash it up...somehow I forgot about that plastic wrapping which by now due to the heat developed wildlife...

some of them moved into the head of my hover which I now abandoned to outside for the night...need to rinse this out tomorrow...

can't believe my chaos got that bad...

Status: offline 		If the trash is not taken care of, the flies willl find a breeding area and leave a ton of maggots becind.

We take the trash out every evening, here and at Lizard's place.

Status: offline 		Yeah we had an issue with a burst bag and the next DAY there were maggots!! Outside, thank heavens. We have a big recycle box, and have to wash all the food containers that go into it.

well....I try...to take it outside on time...but with my flat which has shocking similarity to a skip at the moment it is somewhat difficult  But I will get there

Status: offline 		My neighbors cat food dishes used to get hella infested with maggots, it was disgusting. The entire dish would be just CRAWLING with them. And of course wouldn't you know it, it was my "luck" to be house sitting when it happened.

Status: offline 		yeah Tfb I know such luck... however in dishes it can rarely happen as with 4 adult cats (and soon 2 youngsters who will also start eating from it) there isn't easily something left really...however the bowl which I didn't want to use just had too many dried staines and food parts which had turned dry but not into maggots yet....the annoying fact now is since I swiped them away it stinks awfully in my lounge (much more than before I discovered them ).

So I am taking a nap now in my broken bed and continue in about 4 hours (hopefully I don't stay in bed for ages) when I am able to open my patio door again (as now at night time I don't really like to open it).

Its just a battle now to organise my workload with finishing the remaining uni parts as well as cleaning up my chaos...next to 200 hours of work of course...

but I have to get serious now about it as a) I don't like that mess (my place never ever looked as awful as it does since I had some serious trouble on placement) and b) my neighbour above me is moving out in august and his landlord complained about the smell yesterday  where a litterbox was overdue to get emptied

So I need to make sure that I don't end up being investigated by my estate agent, (in case his estate agent knows mine, as they are different ones....thankfully) when that one complains about the smell, as right now it would really not be a pretty picture

My neighbour told his agent that the smell is gone now (as he realised) so I hope that satifies him now...

But independent from that I simply have to get my flat back into the condition how I want it to be...

...and if it means to follow Sir A's suggestion to bin most of my stuff...considering he names 85% of my stuff unneccessary junk

Good night folks....(thankfully that smell isn't in my bedroom

Hi all! Just stopping by to track a lost friend down and though I would say HI to all of you wonderful people. FYI - for anyone who cares I'm still stuck in the disability system but it is getting closer to escape time - 2 more months of physical therapy and then things should be close to done. Once I'm out I have good chance of rebuilding some of the torn tendons with platelett rich plasm therapy and thereby avoid surgery now and in the future. Best of all I finally found two great doctors who understand traditional treatments, non-traditional treatments, and orthopedics! (If anyone is looking for doctors like that shoot me a CM and I'll forward their names.)

Hugs All and I started the coffee pot for Holly in the morning - (Less risk of her burning something while half assleep.)
