You are. Phonetically he is, but when has any word in English been confined to a phonetic spelling? Alternately, kippot.

I've seen 'yamaka' on numerous occasions. I agree that 'yarmulke' is more correct... but both work.

Enjoy your festivities and rituals. My RE teacher had wonky eye syndrome so I wasn’t really concentrating when he was going through how the various types of religion work.

KittinSol, you said that you're Jewish, how will you celebrate Passover tommorrow night?
A meal, being with family, the synagogue?

as long as the record shows i am MORE right....heretofore if the angel of death were to be avoided by being more right about the word yarmulke...this passover might suck for a certain Dom i know....awesome!!!![8D]

Sounds too much like a Japanese motorcycle.

I'm absolutely not very observant at all - besides, with my child still stuck on the other side of the Atlantic, and no family at all in America, it makes no sense to me to celebrate...

TieNTeas -> RE: Happy Passover to our Jewish Friends! (4/18/2008 4:12:26 PM)

Zisen Pesach to fellow members of the tribe [:D]
