Lynnxz -> Suspension by Wrists (4/2/2008 5:34:41 PM)

I was poking around on the internet.. can't really seem to get a solid answer. I'm going to be involved with a few suspensions in the next couple of weeks, I was wondering if it is actually possible to be suspended by your wrists (Directly over head) for any length of time. Would it put too much stress on your shoulders? Would it be better to suspend them a little further apart with a short bar...? I know it depends greatly on the person being strung up, but I was just seeing if anyone had personal experience. I'm decently flexible, could probably do with more yoga classes and such. I am using a pair of fitted suspension cuffs, with that little bar across the top that you can hold on to. Comments? Advice?
