I love that I didn;'t tell some woman who came in tonight to fuck off.
She came in with a coupon book (yanno.. those books ya pick up at McDonalds or something). I told her that my boss had opted not to participate in that deal (it's a franchise, he can do that). She argued with me about it.. demanded to speak to a manager (hey, bitch, it's a small hotel.. whoever is on duty IS the acting manager).. She demanded that I call the GM (um no. he's at home, off duty, with his family... and he'd only say the same thing *I* am saying.. ). She got all pissy, waving the coupon book me saying whay should she pay our rates when so many other hotels are having coupons (I noticed that none of the coupons she was flashing in my face were the same chain...) offering 39.00 rates..
stupid fucking cow.
