Yeh no kiding. It shows that we have the supreme court making the decisions foe EVERYTHING including who will be president now days. A 2 party dictatorship and a court.

For those who did not catch that, it is the duty of congress to enact laws even in the form of a constitutional amendment to prevent precisely this sort of thing from happening and maintain 3 branches of government, not "one" with an arbitor.
