ADVERTISEMENT The lawsuit says Miers is not immune from the obligation to testify and that she and Bolten must identify all documents that are being withheld from Congress regarding what Democrats say were politically motivated dismissals of nine U.S. attorneys. It shows that we have the supreme court making the decisions foe EVERYTHING including who will be president now days. A 2 party dictatorship and a court. For those who did not catch that, it is the duty of congress to enact laws even in the form of a constitutional amendment to prevent precisely this sort of thing from happening and maintain 3 branches of government, not "one" with an arbitor.
