Wow one of my fav topics , where to begin. Yes there are fire cups , made from pottery or glass ,even bamboo .there are vac cup sets you can get most are plastic , some are glass ,some have magnets others have accupoints to them .Still others are just trigger activated with a valve release . Before i ever did cupping on anyone i studied the art ,the body itself , and its meridians .I personalty only like to do fire cupping and Blood cupping , not a big fan of the vac cupping . I find that cupping not only releases body toxins it works very well to center the subject and enhances energy work . You can use one or two cups applied with the right pressure and move them about the body , or place many onto the body .If your wishing to be able to move the cups i suggest glycerin oil applied prior to the cups .Makes it easier to move when wanted. Many different glass cups can be used from votive holder , to shot glasses .Just make sure there are no defects in the glass that your working with .The older medical glass cups can also be found "i am looking for more of those now " they can be found OL sometimes in antique stores .www.medicaltoys.com may have some media and supplies . Getting first hand experience maybe tough sometimes but help much on getting correct form and placements . I have had 30 on me at one sitting and every time i get cupped i sleep like a baby , i find it very relaxing .The squid attack marks you get from cupping can last for days to weeks depending on how long they are left on the body and how much suction is used .Also skin tone plays a part like i am very light fare skinned so that makes mine stick around longer . Soft tissue can be done yet not recommended it can be tough to release at time s . hope that helps your journey .
