I was just thinking, is it just one person that can put Y/you into subspace, or is it possible that many can?? So far i have only had that experience with Sir. I would just like to know more about this from people that have been there.

i would imagine that it could be multiple people, depending on what takes you to "space' and how certain people push those buttons....i know that slaves/subs that have been with more than one Master can get to space with more than one.....i am sure hoping that i can because my ex got me there and my Daddy has yet to have the need to take me there. i also think it's possible if one were to play with multiple people (such as my Daddy and someone else) that more than one could take me there.....i think it is about pushing the right buttons and each of ours differs. Kinda like orgasms maybe(?)

They aren't the same, but in a lot of ways and means, especially in females, they might as well be. I play casually in the local community and so have had differents Tops at various times. I've gone into subspace with some, not with others. Depends more on the scene than the Top to me.

i have never reached subspace as commonly defined. my body does not seem to produce endorphins in response to pain. i have never felt that feeling of flying or felt disconnected to the scene. Actually, Master prefers that i am fully aware of my suffering so it works well for us. i have often wondered if the capacity to undergo hypnosis and the ability to reach subspace could be connected somehow. i am not able to go into hypnosis either, despite a desire to. shrug

I would have to think so, since I've taken various people into subspace. I think it would be a bit disappointing if that could only ever be achieved with one person.

I have had a few Tops send me into space but the depth of subspace for me depends wholly on the emotional factor, and if we are playing publicly or privately. I do not always equate subspace with orgasms. When I bottomed to a Top it wasn't about sex it was about the Sadist and the masochist fulfilling each others needs. Sir is more a Sadist then I am a masochist, I also associate more with RACK then SSC (what is sane with half the things we may do [:)]). I love to be pushed when we play even if I think I hate it. People define subspace in different ways and it can be highly personal. One rule of thumb that I use is seeing whether someone loses total track of time. As a Mistress I found it not uncommon to ask someone, "Do you realize we have already been at this for 20 minutes?" and to see a look of total shock on their face. For me it takes more of a personal attachment to someone to get into subspace. I can do it going through a task when He is nowhere around. For instance, one task I had last week was to putt in a butt plug and not remove it until I got an email telling me to do so. This overlapped with a second task of going to a hairdresser to get my hair colored. At one point while I was there I just slipped off. I felt the physical feeling inside of me, and the knowledge that I would have been just as happy using a box dye but He wanted me to be pampered, and just went off into my own happy little world. The hairdresser looked at me and said, "You look like you are a million miles away". I was. : )

It's absolutely possible for different people to send someone into subspace, though with all things it seems to vary from person to person. For example, I've sent Kitten spacing from just straight vanilla sex, more than once. There's also a friend of ours that she plays with who's gotten her so spaced she had trouble walking for an hour afterward. And, perhaps the most amusing of all, she's gone into subspace just from playing around with a few people jingling keys at her and putting her into a kitten frame of mind.

For me, subspace can be brought about by more than one person, though i have found i can enjoy different levels and types of space. Seems to depend on the mental connection and chemistry between me and the Dominant type. There also seems to be a link (for me) between playing with a Man and a Woman. The energy is vastly different, and sends me flying in completely different ways.

For me, it requires deep trust in my partner, so a casual couldn't get me there. I'm sure if this relationship ended, and at some point in the future I sought another, that the new partner could eventually get me there, if I trusted him enough.

If you are missing out or not depends entirely on who you ask. I feel I would be missing out if I never went there again, it's a happy place that I quite enjoy. However, you seem to be doing quite well without it so you probably aren't missing out on anything.
