Wow this is all great advice, keep it coming puhleez-- axctually we do have a dog, and she can use the weight loss too---so we are out and about--I just cleaned off the small tramp to put in My bedroom that way when the water is running for the tub, or Im watching letterman, I can go some nice b bounces--I started this great online food diet watch thing that they offer through work and I am going to get a nutrition coach, that's free from work too--- My problem isnt the sweets or junk food, Im not into that, but it IS not enough fruits and vegs and too much comfort food too late at night ( pastas and pastas and pastas, lol)---that was a huge wake up when I read that from MissMorrigan, we eat like at 8, then get very sedentary in the evening, so back to dinner between 6:30 and 7 and finger veggies and fruits if we need a late night snack--- Thanks termyn8tor, however, I have high cholesterol and high BP so I have to watch the fats----so Im back to the good fats versus the bad fats--- and ok, wine and gin is My undoing,---that went down the drain this morning---so there is My embarassment sharing for the day.
