i'm starting to take up belly dancing (any dancing is good, burlesque is another interesting one). Swimming, Volleyball (builds endurance, not much running) Going on the swings actually are good for the legs Forearms pushups (get on your stomach and put your forearm flat on the floor, the lift and hold for 5 seconds, slowly go back down, repeat, as you get used to it you can wait longer) Hope something was helpful...
