Why shouldn't they feel "cocky"? If Senator McCain fronts the Republican ticket, they'll have a 'Democrat' in the White House regardless. Senator McCain, as represented on his policy regarding criminal amnesty, financially limiting access to the electoral process; is a more traditional Democrat than either Senators Clinton or Obama. In some ways Senators Clinton and Obama represent 'Republican' trademarks when you look at their financial backers and personal business history. Richard Nixon would be jealous of those roots with 'deep pockets',  as well as her predilection to 'dirty' tactics and direct attacks on her opponents from close political ties. Imagine what she can do once given access and the ability to direct IRS investigations!

Today - My support leans toward Senator Obama.

It doesn't bother me at all that you and I are in tacit agreement regarding the candidates. However, supporting the same candidate as Senator Kennedy REALLY concerns me!

Speaking of which, how is it that NOW calls his support for Senator Clinton as an "ultimate betrayal"? Would backing Senator Clinton been viewed as the "ultimate betrayal" toward blacks by the NAACP?
