ive read them and true enough imo by the 3rd one i was a bit bored.. they did put a great bit of fluffy romance into the bdsm aspect.. at least in the last one..

btw, i absolutely adore the story of O.. the concept and the way it was written totally took me there.. and exit to eden wasnt half as bad as the beauty series (but i think this was mainly cause it wasnt half as long)..

actually that's why we (my cowriter and I) ended up using the first novel to begin with. we asked around for something that would essentially strattle the fence--well known in both kink and vanilla circles and also might have an impact on the image of kink. my personal opinion is that it's a really vague and ambigious novel--she hints at a lot of things and circles around a lot of themes but won't settle on anything and it creates this weird image of the community.
