Another thing people haven't mentioned: it's a sign that someone hasn't been on Collarme very long. Anyone familiar with the site is aware that many people have problems with the chat function.

Web based chat programs will always cause issues with people regardless of how new or how old the computer or how experienced the person is in using such programs. Even things like aim, yahoo, icq, msn..etc have problems.

I like using mirc...it is quite easy and you can use it on the super old penitum computers without problems. I have experienced this myself as i have been on the net since 1994 and on CM for several years (just im using a new account now). my first bdsm site was alt.com but it went pay so many left there.

I agree with lateralist.... Being rude and/or impatient isn't a sign of dominance IMO... Now, that being said, there is a side of me that heeds to such a personality (at times), but when the chips are down that's not someone that I would chose as a mate.

OP~ Thanks for starting this thread. I've never done the chat thing here at CM... and after reading this thread I probably won't just to avoid frustration. I'll stick to the emails or for those select few share my yahoo IM.

the other day i sent a request to someone and it had been a while since i sent it and saw someone i knew, so i canceled it and sent one to the person i knew. then a little while later, the first person accepeted it then the second person did and we had three peopell in the room. then i couldnt type anything lol
