We had some guests over last night for dinner and holiday gift exchange. One was from Ohio and she didn't believe it was legal to be topless in any park in Ohio. She is member of CM she checked out the story and the source and took it further.
Turns out that due to "equal rights" complaints and lawsuits addressing the inequity of men and womans nipples; ALL Ohio parks allow woman to sunbath topless. Fair warning to any of those wanting to protect their sensitive UM's from such an evil vision. There was even a Wikipedia reference:

The official reasoning for the "sting" was that many of the more daring woman complained that when they took advantage of the law they were surrounded by masturbating men. Now, as much as some of the people on this site would see that as a positive outcome, the majority of the good, topless woman of Ohio found it unacceptable; or at minimum, non-consensual. Ergo, the police sting to make Ohio parks safe for topless sunbathing woman.
