I am going to have to research this donater. He is called a White supremacist, but they paint anyone who is white with any racial pride with a wide brush. That was a very good rebuttal, and to me proves that Paul can think on his feet. But I do not take things at face value. A true White supremacist might believe that he is better than others simply because he is white. Well time told and now we have as many white skinned crackheads and shit as any other race. White pride is pride by association. It is not what your ancestors did that makes you better it is what YOU do. A person like me with that pride, and a recognition of what legacy I am to leave, could be called a racist. But I cannot be called a bigot. Well I guess someone could call me a bigot, can't really stop them, but it would be false. I would encourage people of all races to have pride. Study yourself, your ancestors, your roots, get to know yourself better. Know your traits better, learn how it shapes your taste, your diet, your prefernce in Women, all that. If you are white be proud, but that is only pride by association. Yes "we" put a Man on the moon, invented the transistor, all that shit, but what did YOU do ? And indeed what did I do ? Those people who achieved in the past weren't thinking about what we are. They were simply doing their best. They were dedicated and persistent as to their goals. This is a noteworthy characteristic, I would think. But for me to think that I am better, entitled to priveledge because of what they did is just plain wrong. If I take that White Pride too seriously it takes away from those who really have achieved. It is what I do, the legacy I leave in the wake of my life that defines my value to the human race, not what those before me have done. And that was their attitude, not to ride on the coattails of those who came before them. There have been many firsts, and that is why I sometimes dismiss conventional science. Sometime I just say "I don't buy it". Most of you have probably read that in posts that I have written previously. If you want to be big, break the mold, crack the code, just trudging along into mediocrity simply does not cut it for me. If this donater is the same way, great, but the knuckle dragging type is another story. Problem is at this point I simply do not know. I am glad he kept the money in either case. His response was good, but it could have been better. I wouldn't have used the words "spreading evil". There are many other choices, and then the fact tht if he is indeed elected, he is supposed to represent all the People, even those who voted against him. But that is the subject for a whole nother thread. Yes, your constituents include those who did not vote, or voted against you. That is not bullshit. Why else would it be a secret ballot system ? So keep the money, and as someone said, donate some of it to a Black program. This is no more than saying "Honey, I used the money we put in the bank for the gas bill to pay the phone bill, now we need $45 for the gas bill, but the phone bill is paid". Get the drift ? If the money came with no strings attached, great. If there are any encumberances, then return it. You do what you want. If I were Ron Paul I would MAKE IT A POINT to invest it something for Blacks. I mean I would make it a big thing, but then I am willing to play the PR game, perhaps Paul is not. I would actually have to respect that if it is the case. T
