What kind of drinks are you looking for - hot, cold, in a punch bowl, (hey that rhymes), individually served, made in advanced?

I have a bar-tending guide and can give you a recipe for about anything.  I can also look at the Dec issue of Playboy and see what their holiday drink is.

Let me know.

Individual cocktails would be best for me.
To be made as ordered and cold preferably.
Thank you

oh son of a fucker...had this great bunch of drinks for christmas, buttered rum, fireplace whiskey, but since I never used em or anybody wanted them I never really put them to memory.

Buttered rum is just damn tasty.

Okay lemme think..for good hot buttered rum I believe its more cooking then bartending, you need a cup of brown sugar, a couple pats of butter, a clove or two, as well as nutmeg and cinnamon.

Now for rum go dark to golden, no light, but of course any bartender worth thier shit wouldent touch white rum...right? My preference is golden rum for everything I do. And for this it'll help since if you went with dark rum the end drink would be all black and murkey.

Anyway, combine everything you got and then melt and integrate it all with lots of bioling water, rememebr to put plenty in so the drink dosent become thick, its still a cocktail after all not some dark shake.

You can drink it nice and hot or get some very well crushed ice together and make a kind of slushy with it, but if your going to do this dont add too much boiling water otehrwise everyting will be too watered down.

I hear somtimes of people putting vanilla ice cream into the recipie...you wanna try it go ahead but I think that would taste awful.

Irish Grasshoppers are always tasty.  It consists of equal parts Creme de Menthe and half and half, and a splash of vodka.  I sometimes throw some Bailey's in there, too, just because.  They taste like a bit like a Thin Mint cookie.  I bet if you added some chocolate it would be dead-on.

White Creme de Cacao tastes like chocolate, you could add that to make it chocolatey. I just got back from bartending class, we learned highball drinks tonight. Shooters were last night, they're more fun. :)
