Thank you everyone for your thoughts on this. I don't think my partner had a real issue with it. ummm lol seems he went out of his way to make me giggle:) Im' glad he was enjoying himself too. I had an absolute blast as well, but then again I usually do

I agree that play doesn't always have to be serious. It is fun. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only person with this issue. As for impact play and laughing.....if its on my ass, I'm so laughing:)

i giggle like crazy from pain ( yes i am a painslut) and i have TMJ and i can wear a ball gag but not a spring gag.. so maybe your TMJ is worse than mine.. hmm..i get really bad when i start going into sub space.. i do nothing but giggle and then i get all quiet..

I did the laughing thing the last time I was with my Dom. I thought, for me, it was a result of preconditioning by my older brother, but then I also realize it is a reaction I have when I am nervous.

To stop, I repeated to my self “This isn’t funny.” The look on his face helped with that.

Mt brat and I used to laugh a lot togehter when I beat her. She giggled involuntarily and I would joke that maybe I wasn't hitting her hard enough, despite knowing that the two had nothing to do with one another. There was lots of laughter and teasing n our play and we both enjoyed it. Unless it is a problem for you Dom, I really wouldn't be concerned.
