Status: offline 		I started in BDSM  knowing i liked pain. Had ony ever got it with punishment. Dont want to go into punishment pros and cons.
I have met a Master who praises me for small steps.  Not completion.  Is making me rethink, and admits i like the new tack on things.
Not sure this is a question, just wondered how many have found that what they thought they want isnt.

Status: offline 		If I was to sit down to when I was first introduced to this life to where I am now there has been a big change. Most of the change though was learning that what I enjoyed about the kink things were not the acts themselves but how they are also a tool for the much bigger picture and in particular the mental aspects I cherish.

Status: offline 		I can't say that anything I thought I needed/wanted has come to not be true, but I've found a lot of things I never thought I'd want or enjoy now rock my world.  Very similarly to Charlotte, I just wanted the sexual agression and to feel one with natural dominance over me, but to actually be submissive myself, in a structured way?  Never.  Funny how things change.  And funnier that we're with the same man lol.  I guess Stephan is pretty persuasive, that cunning charmer (that good grip and mean slap help too).  I wouldn't have it any other way; the fact that he could see these things in me and convince (or under certain circumstances force) me to experience D/s in these new ways is the strength and power I was seeking, and so I yield to it.

Status: offline 		I've had an odd twisting and turning path.  I learned about BDSM real time, when I was 21 and attended a play party in Washington DC.  The party was almost exclusively female dominants and male submissives; at the time, none of it clicked with me.  A few years later, I stumbled onto BDSM related information online, and was floored to find that there was a lot more to it than just kinky leather and electroshock demos.  I decided that while I didn't care so much for BDSM, I really liked D/s.  From there, I started learning about Gor, and thought "M/s...now that's the way to go!"  Since then, I've really hammered out what I like and expect; that I enjoy intense D/s relationships (M/s or otherwise) and I do like kinky sex, bondage, etc, but it's the drive of intensity behind who and what I love and enjoy that fuels me most.

Status: offline 		I had no perceptions of what BDSM was supposed to be like before I started doing it because I started doing it before I ever heard of it. That said though, my perceptions over the years have been in a constant state of change. I hope they continue to be.
