You can push people all the way.

In less than 8 years Germany went from a Constitutional Republic, to Concentration Camps. And if you look at Naomi Klein's checklist, we're pretty much done with everything needed to change over.

I've said it before: "If you'll send Muslims to The Camps to torture them, why wouldn't you do the same to Jews?"

Now that Bush has destroyed Constitutional checks on Executive power, and with his spying, accumulated enough dirt to strongarm Congress, you should really worry about what the NEXT GUY is going to be able to get away with.

Status: offline 		How can this have come and gone so quickly.  Not a single leftist had any comment on it?  Not a single one you who have been slathering for years for it?  What the heck?  The Impeachment of Cheney has started.  This is fantastic, the little nimrod threw down the guantlent, and Pelosi has 48 hours to decide what to do.  Write your congressman, write Pelosi.  Did anyone listen to his speech?  Maybe most of you did, and realise what an utterly horrible case he made, he doesn't even grasp the difference between a Charter Org and Treaty Org.  This is great news......

Status: offline 		While thy might not be Cheney-lovers, I don't think the Mainstream voters want to impeach Cheney.  Certainly don't see any sort of outpouring of support for the idea on this thread.  I have to keep bringing it back to the front page.  Where are all the Kucinich supporters?  I don't get it.

Kucinich would make an interesting president, but I doubt he'll win - as this thread tends to show.

I listen to NPR.

I don't watch TV news much or read the news much, it never is correct until it is hindsight.

Status: offline 		They might be today, I have heard nothing before on it. And I listen quite alot.

I looked and they said a blurb on it today, in another program...less than a minute.....the facts of it came from googling------the program is like a click program where they talk about the most clicked on or searched shit on the net.

That is it. Not news insofar as NPR is concerned. But they wouldnt bother fucking with  Rush Limbaugh either.  NPR news and interviews are pretty balanced, people should listen to it, rather than let the neo-conservative boogie men tell you how liberal it is. Or the leftists tell you how conservative it is.

Status: offline 		I listened to NPR news at 5:30 last night, and MPR (Minnesota) news right after, not a word mentioned about Dennis the Menace and the impeachment of Doom.

It just ain't news to the reasonable and balanced media.
