Every so often, I will get some random message in my email box.   I read them, because it's fun.   I can always tell when the sender has not read my profile, which clearly states that I am not seeking---actually there is not a whole hell of a lot other than that, but I always waste a few moments to see who has been viewing me just to confirm that I am right.    So I get this message from some guy who claims to be the safest, sanest and most loving Master I will ever meet.   He goes on to say how he will break me down emotionally.   He says there is more to the relationship than the abuse but will whip me in four hour blocks and it will be a straight four hours.
      I am pretty sure this guy is just head over heels in the fantasy aspect of it all but I really have to ask, is it really possible for a Dom to whip a submissive for four hours straight.    Now if it were gentle love taps, I might fathom some truth to it, but after four hours of a moderately hard whipping or caning, straight, I doubt the possibility and even more so, unless he was able to whip with both hands, wouldn't his arms get a little tired after four hours and even if he were able to switch hands, even two hours straight is pushing it.
     So has anyone ever been whipped, caned, flogged for four hours straight?   Or has anyone ever whipped someone for four hours straight?    No breaks just steady beating.    And just to make it interesting what is the longest anyone went without any breaks?

Note: yep I already hit my block button and am only interested in what peoples thoughts are on endurance.

I doubt it, too. A girl once told me she was flogged for two hours straight and loved it. I said if Master flogged me for two hours straight, I'd be in sorry shape. She insisted I must just be a wimp (duh) and 2 hours is nothing.

Upon further questioning, I discovered he was flogging her with silk.

Typically, we play about 45 - 90 minutes and usually on the higher end of the scale and it takes a lot of endurance from all of us. Last Saturday, I think he was more wiped than I was, but that is usually the case with a kicking/punching play. I was having so much fun that I didn't want it to end but I couldn't stand up much longer.

I couldn't imagine playing at that intensity for 4 hours. I wouldn't be able to stand after 90 - 120 minutes. I also couldn't imagine playing at a lesser intensity for 4 hours either, but for very different reasons. I would be bored out of my mind.

Himself, at his peak, was probably good for about two hours. Now, at his peak, he was an avid fencer and a semi-accomplished drummer, so his flogging muscles were probably better than that of most others. These days, standard is about an hour for us before he gets too heated and needs a break. His arm doesn't give out, the rest of him does. ;) After a short break, 10 mins or so, he's good to continue. I wouldn't say that 4 hours is unheard of, but you'd have to be in really good shape to be able to flog that long, consistently, without experiencing carpel tunnel or some such. People do dance marathons for a couple of days at a time, so I wouldn't put it in the realm of fantasy to be able to flog in a similiar fashion.

Personally, I don't recall how long I've been whipped, because I go into subspace and lose all track of time and what seems like a scene which has lasted a few hours has actually lasted for 6 hours. That's not all just whipping though that would be the sum total of a given scene. These days, I don't have the endurance to last that long without passing out. ;)

I can understand 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours, but there has to be some sort of break. Cripes I would have to pee after a couple hours.

I think it's a fantasy; my guess is that he's never lifted a flogger. I seem to play for around 1-1.5 hours and then I am ready for something less intense, more conversational, more, well, coffee-oriented.

while technically it is possible, I certainly wouldn't do it straight, I would get awfully bored using the same toy, (or type of toy.) for that long. As for bottoming to it, well never been in subspace, so unless I go into that, would get awfully bored too.

I was tied spread eagle in a door way and beat/flogged/whipped for 2.5 hours....but only once LOL...I have never repeated that performance....

You have to take breaks.. reposition.. change floggers... it would get mighty uncomfy.. and damn boring. ~in either role. Plus allow for potty breaks, sips of drinks.. check to see if they are ok, check on circulation... basic saftey 101 stuff.

Now for torment and torture... that can go all night but for just plain of flogging *yawns* I can only do about an hour and a half of that before I am like "Ok bored now.. lets move on"

I get bored easily.. not a good thing to do.

Sounds like someone who has maybe thwacked a pillow a few times with a flogger he got at Party City around Halloween. *chuckles*

I agree One activity such as flogging for four hours straight is boring yet it can be done , same thing with paddles being used for a straight long period of time .My exchanges on average last 3 hours i have both pushed and been pushed much longer .Yes there were waves , there are small breaks of water and making sure health is fine .To get right down to it not many real serious pain piggies need 4 hours as they play at a higher level .And yes i have done exchanges that were very short and highly intense too .Btw do not tell a Domme that she hits like a girl and you can take anything she can dish out lol i learned that one long ago .

That girl will kick your ass & relish every second of it.

I had paddled a perticualy bad subbie ( temp not long term ) for about 3 or so hours... he was only supposed to get 32 wacks.. ( he had used the trigger word durring dinner 32 times ) but my silly girl brain kept on losing track of how many wacks he had already been given... even though he was counting them out and thanking me for each and every single one... so back to 1 we would go. *never say your just a girl to a Domme* LOL esp. when your bum is going to be in her hands.

It depends on what I'm being whacked with.

The shortest was (I think) 5 whacks with a cane, and I was hysterical...I can't handle the cane straight out without any kind of warm up..that's why its evil and reserved for punishments.

The longest I think was 3 hours...and I only know that because he was done and I was tempted to whine that I wasn't. lol. But, that was a cycle. He started with the soft suede flogger, moved up to the heavy one, then the stingy one, then the paddle, then the other one, then the cane, and then cycled through them all a couple times. He rolled me over too, so I got one round on my back, one on my stomach/front, and then the last on my back again...so I'm not sure if that counts for endurance or not.
