juliaoceania -> Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 6:35:24 PM)

Anybody voting for him?

Level -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 7:13:52 PM)

I don't know that I would....... but I don't think I'd get the chance; I don't know how long he's going to be in the race, julia. I do think he's a good man, though.

juliaoceania -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 7:21:09 PM)

He stayed in the race clear through the last time if I remember correctly. Since he is running to have a voice in how the party moves forward, I doubt he will drop out. I have him as my number one myspace friend[:)]. I guess that tells you what I will be voting for.

I do not disapprove completely of Obama, but I cannot imagine myself voting Hillary.

farglebargle -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 7:39:42 PM)

If he takes the job next to Ron Paul, NO DOUBT!

Hi Julia, welcome back.
I was out with a lady who describes herself as a left wing liberal friday night and she said the same thing!
"No Hillary Clinton!"

TheHeretic -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 7:47:02 PM)

     Not a chance in hell.

(Nice to see you back)

I was going to make a joke about the fires of hell down in your neighborhood... but it isn't funny, and it might make me cry again to think of it....

Hope life is treating you well even if you aren't a DK man[:D]

      We're in the desert, north of the fire zone, and are hearing good news from family and friends to the south.  Not everybody is so fortunate, of course.

     And life has been good enough that we just bought a house.  Careful though, I finally got some connection speed for keeping you progressive types honest. [8|]

As you know, I am a Californian through and through, I have never seen footage like I have seen coming from Down South in the last few days.

Hillary voted for the Iraq Resolution, will not define her position on Iraq, and voted for the Patriot Act... need I say anymore?

Here there will be some rain in the next few months, and fog... the summer grasses start turning green... down there is a completely different story... hopefully the Santa Ana's are going to remain subdued  for the rest of this year

        Shame those Nobel winners who can tell us all about the future of our climate can't get a good handle on predicting a regular, seasonal event like the winds. [:D]

       I've been living with the Santa Ana's for 10 years.  That might be a lot to hope for.

they dont have to be in the race to vote for them!

pinkme2 -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 8:35:41 PM)

Dennis Kucinich?  Ummm... No.

MasterDoc1 -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 8:48:12 PM)

since the overridding issue for me is changing our foreign policy to a non-interventionalist one I would vote for him in a minute if he had the best chance of getting elected  of those who advocate that policy. However he currently has essentially no chance. clinton and obama have him outfinanced 100 to 1!  Here is an article for you julia. Ask yourself if you really want to help end our crazy aggressive foreign policy or just feel good about your vote.
then look at this written just for you!

In the primaries we are voting for the candidate that we most feel would represent the way we want the country run. If we do not do this we might as well forsake primaries altogether and elect the candidates via Gallup opinion poll

FullfigRIMaam -> RE: Dennis Kucinich (10/25/2007 9:45:24 PM)

I love him, but he is too far to the left (read reasonable and open minded) for the mASS(es), so no I wouldn't vote for him, but like the way he thinks.    M

Paul would not accept that. Never mind the different parties, but they are not on the same page.
