It has taken me all these months to lose, but I wear a size 8 now, last winter a size 14 was skin tight on me. I want to lose about 10 more lbs of body fat, but I am very happy with how I feel. I actually look forward to going to the gym every day... so this time I cannot conceive of anything that would make me change my lifestyle. And it is fun to turn heads going into middle age[;)] My brother is going to a nutritionalist because of diabetes...they were threatening him with insulin treatments. He reversed it with diet alone. Hopefully it will be a lifestyle for him too. Do you have anymore weight to lose?
