Hmm, if they were so desperate, wouldn't that very desperation drive them to hide better, to learn English, and obey our laws, not because it's the Right Thing To Do(TM), but because it's a great form of protective camoflauge...
Rioting in our streets, shouting "Down With America", "This is OUR Land!", "This is America--LEARN SPANISH" and a bunch of other signs in Spanish so we couldn't understand them (One of them I translated, "Open the door, or we'll break the window"--Burglarly is considered a crime here, regardless of what THEY consider it!) While amusing, perhaps, from a purely objective point of view, helps underscore that yes, they are here to steal from us; they ARE here to ruin our lifestyle, they're openly showing that they want US to bow to THEM--it's an invasion!

You seem to want to make alot of generalities and stereotypical comments, which shows your ignorance. Don't get me wrong, I see a problem with illegal immigration. I also see a problem with dumpy white trash in my neighborhood too. I would rather haave my hispanic neighbors, if they are legal, than the dumpy white trash neighbors.
Judge each person on their own merits, parasites are born here in the US, and some even post on the internet.

First, our OWN local ER is one of the ones that was closed due to illegals deciding not to pay...since we Americans can't track them down and put liens on their properties, it really IS free healthcare. And yes, last time I had to visit the ER (Which was luckily before it closed), there were plenty of brown-skinned people, and their limitless broods running all over, banging into patients. They had some complaints (other than the size of their brood)...One had cut his finger...It was bleeding, but the blood was pure red, so he'd apparently bled all the contaminants out (THAT is why our First Aid class taught us to squeeze a wound: To get rid of the contaminated blood...A behavior not too far removed from ancient bloodletting?) One had broken his arm--THAT was a legit use of the ER, I'll admit. The third had a cold(!) The fourth had a huge growth on his mouth...my mind immediately flashed back to Sex Ed class, it matched a certain disease...None of them could speak a lick of English, none of them could control their kids (Perhaps because they had too many, or perhaps their "culture" doesn't believe in controlling kids...?), the ER nurses were run ragged, and the translator was running late! This ER closing a few weeks later came as no great surprise to me.
I may speak in generalities and cliches, but it's what I observe...Either cliches have magically come to life, or illegals REALLY act like that! There is ignorance shown, but not MY ignorance. I have seen my share of dumpy white trash, and I've seen Hispanics who have somehow constrained themselves to act downright respectable! Some even swallowed their pride and paid out-of-state tuition to go to college![:-] They had learned English, they were polite, they didn't try to cause trouble on campus...And I had no trouble with them! I guess it wouldn't be a total exaggeration to say I'd take a LEGAL Hispanic over an illegal anything, any day of the week, as long as they could get with the same program!
I agree with your "judge people on their own merits"; I assume you meant over the actions of their "race", and/or the past actions of said "race"...
Question: Do you define "race" as the color of one's skin, or as their "culture", and the actions that "culture" causes? There was a thread on this very Site a few days ago about Interracial D/s, and someone there had said something along the lines of "There's a difference between being black and 'acting Black'"...
You could also say there's a big difference between being (or being born) foreign, and STAYING foreign...the former is a mosaic of genetics, the latter a conscious CHOICE!
So if that last bit was intended as a veiled insult against me, it failed miserably! Better luck next time![:D]
