Reading this post has been a strange experience for me.
I always thought that the difference between a sub and a slave was that a slave gave permission to be owned and the rest was up to his or her Master or Mistress.
And a sub needed to give permission for each seperate act. Which of course is really quite impossible.
However here we have a Master offering to take on a slave but only if she submits to a specific activity. I just don't get it. Are you sure he isn't just testing your limits? Trying to find out if you know what you are talking on by calling yourself a slave?
Owning a slave is a big responsibility. Perhaps he just doesn't want to do all the ground work and then find out that you don't have the right personailty for it.
I have done it myself in the past. Some newbies cover up their inexperience. My first slave realised he had made a mistake on the day he left his wife to become my full time slave. I wish now I had tried to frighten him off for his sake.Except that I was a newbie as well. Reading and learning from the net is fine but we really need to go into this gradually with someone who is prepared to go slowly and prepared for things to not work out as they want them to.

What you do is: Get locking leather or metal restraints, lock them on yourself along with the collar, and give the master the key. You won't be able to leave the house (unless you want to look like an ass) but you will be free enuf to do what you need to do around the house. This is assuming you don't have to go to work, or this can be done on days off.

When your master is ready to really restrain you, you will already have the restraints locked on and all he has to do is clip the o-rings to the bed, or whatever.

I have been locked for over a week at a time like this, only to be let out of the resttraints to take a shower (so the leather would not be destroyed) and it was no problem.

That's exactly the sort of thing I do as as well. I make custom harnesses, and they lock on. Won't keep anyone from leaving the house-but they can't get dressed either-(and I am not going to leave clothes accesible anyhow, they will be locked up) and know I can use that harness to restrain them just about any way I desire-when I come home. (I can leave the cuffs on to the wash a sub tho-I sort of like teasing one in the shower, wrists padlocked to a chain up over her head in the stall.)

All you have to do? Not be a cheapskate-or be able to make your own. I make my own. Ask me if you like, happy to share pictures of my work.
