Status: offline 		UGH.  I hate those emails.  I don't mind the ones where the guy is at least polite and doesn't sound like a V.C. Andrews novel gone horribly wrong, but the ridiculous ones just... it's a mixture of laughing and crying.

Have you gotten the wang pictures attached to them yet?  I've gotten a few doozies...

I see the chap is 'hog' wild over you mistoferin.  I am surprised the chap hasn't gone on and on about his pig pen and all the squealing in the future, the grunts and snorts also.

My grandmother had raised a pig for her yearly supply of bacon, sausage and such--so, I am a bit aware of pigs.  However, I think the animal will be much more sanitary than the human one --from what is going on with your correspondences.

But, yes -- I get a lot of 'odd' messages, to which is a written script on how they wish to be 'serviced'--Do me sorts in very vivid color and imagination.  I think some want to 'shock' and I usually respond that they have to do better then that--they have a temper tirade and go away.  I think the hacksaw the genitals off was the best approach I have recieved so far.

I regret that I don't get many of those.

On a more serious note:

Perhaps because they receive so much "junk" e-mails themselves, the few Dommes from here that  have contacted me first employed a less direct method that many of us might learn from.

Each note was about either a post I made on some thread, or a comment on my little essay in my profile.   

The tone of their first letter was uniformly "friendly", usually witty, and subtly "flirty" at most.  They demonstrated thought and insight that could only have come from reading and thinking about what I had said, and for some odd reason genuinely moved to make an interesting comment.  Not one of these first notes mentioned sex, BDSM, favorite kinks...although D/s may have been touched upon briefly in a few.

Dominant or submissive, my hunch is that any male is going to get a higher positive response ratio by using those guidelines when writing to any woman, Domme or sub.

It's just a theory, of course....

Status: offline 		I've feel that I've now been initiated as a Domme. I have ignored my mail a bit lately, due to other concerns (I apologoze for that to a degree, but explain in my profile, I am busy w/other stuff right now).

But - today reminded me why I was maybe wise to wait. I got my first semi-naked man in frilly dress pictures - complete with more than a peek at his "equipment". None of which I'd requested, mind you, or even really wanted to see.

Only if they are professional dualing banjos--I remember the movie and IF memory serves me correctly, it was done by the Stubbs brothers, the same two who did the theme song for the Beverley Hillbillies.  It has been done with guitar and banjo also.

I once ran an experiment by posting on Craigslist a kinky ad for the "perfect straight blond male Dom" and another for the "perfect straight blonde female Domme". I was shocked by the responses.

Other than a few decent emails, mostly from women (but some apparently from gays who begged for the opportunity to serve) the male received almost no response.

On the other hand, the straight female was so inundated with emails that I had to delete them on sight. They started coming in seconds. A week later, when the ad expired, they were still coming in for the female and only abruptly stopped at expiry time. Since I never replied, there was no email address to continue the charade.

Almost all the replies were one gutteral one liners, and quite a few of the photos were taken standing next to motors (corvettes, airplanes, harleys).

I learned a lot, which, I'll simply conclude as men are nothing like women and women are nothing like men.
