This is tangential to the "labels" idea, but it does relate to the topic, IMO: I have to say, that I have always have appreciated (I am being sarcastic) the "I will push your limits" talk - and from random Gents who don't know me at all from a hole in the ground especially. 1) If they don't know me, how would they know what my limits are, even? (and if they don't know, how can they say they "will push my limits?" What happens if...I say one to them, that one of my "limits" is: Robbing banks, dressed in a short leather skirt, and no bra or underwear, and that I want to do it blind-folded, for instance? What then? Sometimes, I've been tempted to say something like this really is one of my "limits" - just to see what they'd say back, as far as them "pushing" me past it, etc... 2) Seriously - I always sort of thought that the word "Limit" implied a static boundary that could not be crossed. I know what my limits are (the Hard ones anyway). I don't want those pushed, expanded, "stretched" or altered.- I want them left alone - and in a big enough way - that if someone did try to "push" them, I'd consider it grounds to leave them altogether. - Susan
