If you are seeking to buy African diamonds ... I would agree.
However, the Canadian Diamond minds in the Northwestern Territories are a bit different in my opinion.

For me, its a ban on all diamonds (I also believe they are overpriced stones) - because I believe that the whole marketing of diamonds = love fuels *all* sales and buying any helps encourage the market by heightening demand in general.
C~ who is staying away from the issue of which diamond is better in quality, tho I do tend to agree with Emperor1956
