Just like the thought of being turned upside down on carnival rides at fairs and shit terrify me. I went on the zipper when I was 10 and I hated the ride with in 5 minutes i was screaming and crying I want my daddy let me off let me off. After that, I refuse to go on rides that take you upside down!

I think the thing that feels good to you..that makes you will little effort want to do it over and over..or at least you find easiest to do..

I love to swim nearly everyday.. I do water movement with weights on.. I love being in that water.....it is soul food for me..stretching and bending with no gravity.....  no sweating..  love it..

Walking the dog.. dancing and feel some sensual music. while doing housework.......

Have you thought about pole dancing or stripper workouts? Perhaps belly dancing? BJJ is very fun and you get squished by the boys in class and learn how to physically submit, but it is rather hard on the body, so mb wait till you are with a more sound of spine.
There's always the alot of sex option, done right it burns calories and is really fun  and lends itself nicely to BDSM, just keep the lube nearby.
Having a really good laugh several times a day will tone the stomach a little and cant hurt except in the "ooohhh my stomach hurts!" kinda way.
I also want to suggest that whatever you do do it mindfully. I say this often to people,  when we seperate our heads from our activities they become mindless & like nothing. When you run around madly doing your daily stuff think of it as exercise. Use your muscles and breathe like you are exercising, same goes with stretching, use your mind to stretch the muscles and envision them longer more supple etc. While you are at it use your minds eye to see your body like you would see it if you were the in the shape you want to be in. I also suggest you actively love yourself the way you are and try the mind set of using up your extra weight instead of losing it... you may find it again (and if you use it up then it might be harder to get back).
I agree that you sound like you need more food! When I started my intense workouts recently I was frowned at by the gym instructors for not eating enough, they said that was why it was sometimes harder for me to get through the workouts than others. At least eat fresh fruits and veges during the day even if you cannot stand to look at concentrated foodstuffs and gag them down. See if you can be put on a time sched for your meals and have a particular way you need to eat them, sitting at the table with a napkin and knife and fork, on the floor out of a bowl, hanging from a string or rope with hands clasped or bound behind your back. Then you will be doing it as a task rather than of your own free will. If you do not eat at said time then a punishment of an essay about healthy food choices or cooking a vegan, vegitarian, wheat free etc etc meal that tastes good. Whatever is a challenge that will get you food smart and food flexible.
Best of luck!!

Ohhhhhhhh Feline, I feel for you!! My adult daughter has fought obesity since she was in her early teens. It has been an emotional roller coaster for her. Then at age 35 my body decided it was going to revolt for all of the food abuse over the years and start packing on the pounds for the first time in my life. When I last weighed myself I was 25# over the 9 months pregnant weight with my first child. Granted I was 17 at that time and I was 44 when I last weighed myself but still.

My problem is two fold, I love love LOVE food!! I always have. I love to cook it, I love to share it, I love to eat it. AND I hate, detest ABHOR exercise for the sake of exercise. Add in the fact that I spend most of my day Monday through Friday at this desk and don't get home until 7......it doesn't assist in the problem.

After that shock this spring I just knew I had to get my butt back to it's J-Lolabella fineness and started changing what I ate, not so much how much. Mostly fresh stuff, fruits and veggies. Less of the ose's.......fruitose, lactose, etc. Less refined and processed foods. Instead of shoving chips or whatever I could find when I got home at 7 and was starved, into my mouth I try to grab a piece of fruit before heading outside to do my farm chores.

And I am making it a point to fit exercise into my day whenever I can, even if it is just a 5 minute walk. 5 minutes here and there add up just like 50 calories here and there do. I even scare the neighbours as they drive by, by doing walking lunges out in the orchard while I am running the dogs. It doesn't matter what you do or how much at a time you do, just keep doing it and doing a little more all the time.

Hell, I suck at dancing but I am even considering taking a salsa class or something just so I can keep moving and scaring people this winter. I have zero dancing finesse but at least it will be fun laughing at myself with everyone else there.
