seeking to loose a bunch of weight this summer, I have enrolled in a weight managment class and will be taking that in september, The problem's not eating to much, Ie pigging out, or over eating, , or to much junk, I don't eat enough, and when I do eat it's not the greatest, so this class will hopefully teach us how to manage our nutrition. I loved amusement parks, I hope to loose enough weight to fit on the rides at Vallejo and great america! I like video games, and an x of mine tried to get me into DDR, because it's a great game for pysical actvity, dancing and hopping about and such, but I never got too into the game. I am considering jump roping right now, cause it's great arobically, I just don't know with a bad back and ankles that jump rope is the best thing to do, but it's sure portable lol. The rope is cheap, it's small it packs up easily and you can jump rope almost anywhere. in fact if you wanted to make it kind of like a sadistic game you could jump rope at play parties lol, make it like a bdsm game you know, like this sub is naughty and hasn't done anything I ask so she must jump 100 jumps as punishment hehehe. Perhaps even flog her while she attempts to jump, once she can do 100, just to make it more difficult! Weight loss is a difficult subject, and making it fun can be hard. I want to incorperate exercise and bdsm together, you know, perhaps in like an example I just mentioned, and for a reward I don't do food, I'd do bdsm interaction. like 10 spankings per pound, or maybe being flogged while walking on a tread mill, if I get to lazy here comes some whacks to keep me motivated. I joked with a friend once a dom should come paddle my ass down the road, because most days I don't go for walks like I should lol.
